Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to emergency and non-emergency calls, dispatch responses, and provide compassionate customer support from a fully remote home office. The role emphasizes empathy, accuracy, and a calm demeanor while handling sensitive medical information.

Starting pay is $16 per hour with 3rd shift coverage and a requirement to work weekends. Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, typing speed, and the ability to multi-task across systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
• Remote capability requires reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real time.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience.
