Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide compassionate support to individuals and families nationwide. The role is fully remote with 2nd shift and weekend requirements, starting at $16 per hour.

Responsibilities include handling emergency and non-emergency calls, updating records in real-time, and maintaining patient confidentiality while using CRM systems. Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in contact center or healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms and offer care during stressful situations.
• Record call details and messages into a database in real-time with accuracy.
