Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to support members across the country. This fully remote role requires empathy, clear communication, and the ability to manage high call volumes while following established protocols.

Start date November 30, 2026. 1st shift with one weekend day. Starting pay $15 per hour. You will answer calls, document interactions, verify information, and assist with preventative health guidance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in a contact center or healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records are current.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
