Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. Start date is November 30th, 2026, with 1st shift and one required weekend day.

Compensation starts at $15 per hour, with duties including handling both emergency and non-emergency calls, providing empathetic support, and documenting interactions in real time. The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year of customer service experience, and the ability to work weekends, with required internet speeds

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls per protocol.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and responses.
• Monitor medical alerts and dispatch responses as needed.
• Record details into the database in real-time with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
