Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. Start date is November 30, 2026 with 1st shift (one weekend day required) and compensation starting at $15/hr.

Responsibilities include handling emergency and non-emergency calls, providing empathetic support, and maintaining accurate records across systems. Ideal candidates have strong customer service skills, the ability to stay calm under pressure, and proficiency with common MS Office tools and CRM software.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Answer emergency and non-emergency calls per protocol.
• Provide compassionate support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms.
• Record call details and messages in real time.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues.
• Proactively suggest preventative healthcare services.
• Handle sensitive materials with confidentiality.
• Talk and type while navigating multiple screens.
