Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role requires handling high volumes of calls, following protocols, and delivering empathetic service in a 3rd shift schedule that includes one weekend day.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple screens while maintaining confidentiality.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime and flexible hours.
• Strong communication and empathetic interpersonal skills.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls with protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms.
• Record call details and dispatches into a database in real time.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for maintenance.
• Proactively suggest preventative healthcare services.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Talk and type simultaneously across multiple screens.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
