Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort, support, and peace of mind for individuals and families nationwide. The role is fully remote with a start date of November 30, 2026 and a 2nd shift (one weekend day required).

Primary duties include handling calls, documenting interactions, maintaining confidentiality, and assisting with preventative care inquiries. Must have a HS diploma or GED and 0–1 year in customer service; weekend/overtime may be

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with attention to detail.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time in the database.
