Job summary

Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role starts November 30, 2026, with 2nd shift (including one weekend day) and compensation starting at $16/hr.

You will handle inbound calls, follow protocols, document details in real time, maintain confidentiality, and communicate with empathy. Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, 0–1 year in customer service, ability to

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
Schedules: willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
Remote capability requires minimum internet speeds of 50Mbps download and 25Mbps upload.
Physical demands include sitting at a computer with headset and occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses.
Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care.
Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real time with accuracy.
Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to ensure a positive experience for members.
