Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort, support, and peace of mind to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Starting at $15/hr, 1st shift with one required weekend day, and comprehensive benefits are offered. You will complete training and comply with all regulatory requirements while handling high volumes of calls and sensitive

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, preferably in healthcare or contact center environments.
• Ability to remain calm and empathetic in high-pressure situations and handle sensitive information.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy and patience to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system to maintain accurate records.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Promote preventative healthcare services to members when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive materials.
• Navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently while talking and typing.
• Complete new-hire training and compliance testing.
