Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families across the country. The role is fully remote with a start date of November 2, 2026, and shifts including weekends.

Compensation starts at $15 per hour, with responsibilities spanning high-volume calls, empathetic support, and precise data entry. The ideal candidate has 0-1 year in customer service, strong communication skills, and proficiency in CRM software and MS

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0-1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare setting.
Strong written and verbal communication; ability to stay calm under pressure.
Ability to navigate multiple screens and systems efficiently.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols to determine priorities and dispatch responses.
Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with genuine care.
Record call details, dispatches, and messages into a database in real-time with accuracy.
Communicate with empathy and maintain confidentiality for sensitive information.
