Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to join a nationwide remote team. You will answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls, determine priorities, and dispatch responses with empathy and professionalism to provide comfort and peace of mind to our members.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 0–1 year in customer service, and the ability to work 3rd shift including one weekend day.

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer service, preferably in healthcare.
• Remote: Fully remote role with weekend work.
• Technical: Typing and multi-system navigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume medical alerts and alarms with calm professionalism.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
