Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to emergency and non-emergency alerts, providing comfort, support, and timely dispatch in a fully remote role. The position requires high school diploma, 0–1 year of customer service, weekend availability, and strong typing with CRM proficiency; compensation starts at $15 per hour and includes comprehensive benefits.

You will handle multiple screens, document calls, maintain confidentiality, and participate in training and compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare.
• Willing to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
• Proficient typing and comfortable using multiple screens and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls per protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and flexibility.
• Monitor medical alerts with calm, empathetic communication.
• Record call details and dispatches in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues promptly.
• Offer preventive healthcare service recommendations.
• Maintain confidentiality for sensitive materials.
• Balance talk and typing while navigating several systems.
• Complete new hire training and comply with testing.
