Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote position. You will answer incoming and emergency calls, follow established protocols, and provide compassionate support to members nationwide while documenting interactions in real time.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma or GED, 0–1 year in customer service, strong typing (35 WPM), and the ability to handle high call volumes with empathy. Starting pay is $15/hour with benefits available.

Formación

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.
• Experience: 0–1 year in customer service, preferably in a contact center or healthcare.
• Schedules: weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor alerts and offer care during stressful situations.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively inquire about preventative healthcare services.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive materials.
• Talk and type simultaneously across multiple screens.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
