Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. Start date is November 30, 2026.

The position offers 1st shift with one required weekend day and compensation starting at $15 per hour, with extensive customer service responsibilities and HIPAA-compliant handling of sensitive information. Responsibilities include handling emergency and non-emergency calls, using CRM software, and coordinating with dispatch.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Remote capability with minimum internet speeds: 50Mbps down / 25Mbps up.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch responses accordingly.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with composure and care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure records are current.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Maintain confidentiality for highly sensitive materials.
