Job summary

Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. The position starts November 30th, 2026, with 2nd shift and at least one weekend day.

You will handle emergency and non-emergency calls, provide empathetic customer support, and document interactions in real-time while maintaining confidentiality. Remote capability requires fast internet and the ability to work across multiple systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred, especially in contact center or healthcare.
• Willingness to work 2nd shift, weekends, overtime and flexible hours as needed.
• Remote work capability with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch as needed.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and adaptive responses.
• Monitor medical alerts and alarms and respond during stressful moments.
• Record call details and messages in real time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information for accurate records.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Suggest preventative healthcare services to members when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive materials and data.
• Navigate multiple screens efficiently while talking and typing.
