Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. Start date is November 2, 2026. The position offers 1st shift with one required weekend day and compensation starting at $15 per hour.

Responsibilities include handling incoming calls, dispatching responses, and providing compassionate support to members while maintaining strict confidentiality. Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma or GED, 0–1 year in customer service, and proficiency with Word/Excel; weekend

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and empathy in high-pressure situations.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Typing speed of 35 WPM and comfortable navigating multiple screens.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor medical alerts and alarms, offering genuine care during stressful moments.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and handle data securely.
