Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role that supports members nationwide. You will handle both emergency and non-emergency calls, document interactions, and coordinate responses with empathy and meticulous attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has 0–1 year in customer service, a high school diploma or GED, and can work weekends as needed. Proficiency with CRM tools and MS Office is preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Remote capability: minimum internet speeds of 50Mbps download / 25Mbps upload.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and ad hoc responses.
• Monitor medical alerts and alarms, offering care during stressful situations.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively suggest preventative healthcare services to members.
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive materials.
• Talk and type across multiple screens and systems efficiently.
• Complete new hire training and compliance testing.
