Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role on the 3rd shift. The starting pay is $16 per hour, with weekend work required. The position involves handling emergency and non-emergency calls, supporting members with empathy, and documenting interactions in real time.

You will verify data, troubleshoot alarms, and promote preventive care services while complying with privacy and security standards. High school diploma or GED and 0–1 year of experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and follow protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with care and empathy.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience.
• Verify and update customer information to keep records current.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues promptly.
• Suggest preventative healthcare services to members when appropriate.
• Maintain confidentiality for sensitive materials and data.
• Type while navigating multiple screens and systems efficiently.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
