Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role starts at $15/hour and requires weekend availability with 1st shift options.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0–1 year of customer service experience preferred, especially in healthcare or contact centers.
Must be able to work weekends, overtime and flexible hours as needed.
Remote work requires reliable internet and home workspace.
Able to sit at a computer with headset and handle high call volume.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
Record call details and messages in real-time into a database.
Verify and update customer information to ensure accuracy.
Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
