Valued Relationships, Inc. is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort, support, and peace of mind nationwide from a fully remote role. Start date is November 2, 2026, with 1st shift and a requirement to cover at least one weekend day.

Compensation begins at $15/hour. The role emphasizes empathetic communication, confidentiality, and ability to navigate multiple systems while ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely responses to emergencies and routine

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
• Remote work requires fast, reliable internet connectivity.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following priority protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect and patience for members.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Inquire about and recommend preventative healthcare services.
• Manage access to sensitive materials and maintain confidentiality.
• Type while navigating multiple screens and systems efficiently.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance testing.
