Job summary

Modivcare seeks a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role offers 3rd shift coverage and requires weekend availability.

You will record details in real-time, communicate with empathy, and help maintain accurate member records. Ideal candidates have 0–1 year of service experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong typing with familiarity in CRM tools.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
0–1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a contact center or healthcare settings.
Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.
Remote capability: minimum internet speeds of 50Mbps down / 25Mbps up.
Physical demands include sitting at a computer with headset and occasional lifting up to 10 pounds.

Responsibilities

Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls and dispatch responses.
Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy and accuracy.
Log call details and messages in real-time.
Verify and update customer information to ensure records are accurate.
