Modivcare is hiring a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. This fully remote role requires dedication to high-quality customer service and accuracy as part of a compassionate team.

The position starts November 30, 2026, with 1st shift hours and one weekend day required. Compensation begins at $15/hour, and the role supports remote work with flexible, service-focused responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling high volume calls and healthcare or contact center environments preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a compassionate approach.
• Ability to adapt to scripts and flexible workflows while maintaining accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripts and unscripted responses.
• Monitor medical alerts and alarms, offering calm, timely assistance.
• Document call details and dispatches in real-time with accuracy.
• Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
• Troubleshoot alarm issues and report as needed.
• Encourage preventive healthcare services where appropriate.
• Operate across multiple screens and systems efficiently.
• Complete new hire training and pass compliance tests.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
