Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative for a fully remote role. Start date is November 30, 2026, with 1st shift and one required weekend day. Compensation starts at $15 per hour.

You will handle inbound calls, provide compassionate support, and document interactions in real time while maintaining confidentiality. Ideal candidates will have a HS diploma or GED, 0–1 year in customer service, and be comfortable working with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support with scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high volume of medical alerts and alarms with genuine care.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real time with accuracy.
• Communicate with empathy, respect, and patience to members.
