Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and support members nationwide. Start date November 30, 2026; 1st shift required, fully remote; compensation starts at $15/hr. Fully remote role across the country.

You will handle calls, document details, use CRM systems, maintain confidentiality, and communicate with empathy and accuracy in high-pressure situations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred, ideally in a contact center or healthcare setting.
• Remote capability: broadband internet (≥50Mbps down, ≥25Mbps up).

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with accuracy and empathy.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time in the database.
