Job summary

Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to respond to alerts and provide comfort and support to individuals and families nationwide. This remote role starts on November 30, 2026 with 1st shift hours and a starting pay of $15 per hour.

You will handle incoming calls, follow protocols, document details in real-time, and communicate with empathy to ensure a positive member experience. Prior customer service exposure is helpful, and weekend availability is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in a contact center or healthcare settings is preferred.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Willingness to work weekends, overtime, and flexible hours as needed.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor a high volume of medical alerts and alarms with empathy.
• Record call details, dispatches, and messages in real-time.
• Verify and update customer information to ensure accuracy.
• Troubleshoot alarm systems and report issues for timely maintenance.
• Proactively discuss preventative healthcare services with members.
