Modivcare is seeking a Care Center Representative to join our remote team. You will handle incoming calls, prioritize based on protocols, and provide compassionate support to members and families nationwide.

Ideal candidates have 0–1 year in customer service, strong communication skills, and the ability to work weekends. A HS diploma or GED is required, and reliable internet is essential for this remote role.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Experience in contact centers or healthcare settings a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls following protocols.
• Provide compassionate customer support using scripted and non-scripted responses.
• Monitor high-volume medical alerts and alarms with calm, empathetic service.
• Record call details and messages in real-time with accuracy.
• Verify and update customer information in the system.
