CareLinx, a Sharecare healthcare technology platform, is seeking a remote Care Advisor to assist families during the caregiver search, interview, and hire process. You will support members and caregivers, ensuring a positive experience and ongoing satisfaction throughout the in-home care journey.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and confidentiality, with a focus on empathetic guidance and high professional standards while working from home.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months experience in a customer service role or a minimum of 1 year in a customer service environment required.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and excellent communication.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to maintain family and caregiver satisfaction.
• Document accurate notes of family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Work with team members and other CareLinx teams professionally.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
• Assist in inbound call center as needed.
