Sharecare is seeking a remote Care Advisor to assist families during the caregiver search, interview, and hire process within CareLinx’s payer operations. You will guide members, coordinate with Enrollment, document interactions in CareLinx’s EHR, and ensure a highly satisfactory experience while maintaining confidentiality.

Ideal candidates have 6 months to 1 year in customer service, strong communication skills, and comfort working from home in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Six months to one year of customer service experience required.
• Experience in a call center or healthcare environment preferred.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsabilidades

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey with strong communication.
• Collaborate with Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing post-hire support to maintain family-caregiver relationships.
• Document interactions in CareLinx’s EHR accurately.
• Collaborate with team members across CareLinx.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
• Assist in inbound call center as needed.
