CareLinx, a CareLinx Health Services company supported by Sharecare, is seeking a remote Care Advisor to assist families in finding and hiring in-home caregivers. You will guide members through the caregiver search journey and collaborate with the Enrollment Team to ensure smooth transitions.

The role emphasizes stellar customer service, empathetic guidance for members, and the ability to work from home while meeting performance goals in care navigation. Equal opportunity employer.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent, required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Six months in a customer service role, required.
• 1–2 years in customer service or call center, preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsabilidades

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication.
• Work closely with Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to maintain family-caregiver relationships and overall satisfaction.
• Document accurate notes of family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Collaborate with other team members and teams within CareLinx.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
• Assist in inbound call center as needed.
