Sharecare and its CareLinx unit are seeking a Care Advisor to support families during caregiver searches and hires, delivering empathetic guidance and stellar customer service from a home office.

You will liaise with caregivers, document interactions, and maintain member satisfaction in a fast-paced, technology-forward environment. Remote, full-time position with equal opportunity commitment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Some college coursework preferred.
• Six months to two years in customer service environments required or preferred.
• Healthcare experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey with strong communication.
• Coordinate with Enrollment Team to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Provide ongoing support to maintain family-caregiver relationships.
• Document interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Collaborate with team members and other CareLinx teams.
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
• Assist inbound call center as needed.
