Sharecare's CareLinx division is seeking a Care Advisor to guide families through the caregiver search, interview, and hire process while maintaining relationships with caregivers and members. You will thrive in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment and deliver empathetic guidance during the in-home care journey.

As a remote team member, you will document interactions in CareLinx’s EHR, coordinate with Enrollment, and support families from search through retention.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred.
• Experience in customer service or call center environments is a plus.
• Healthcare experience is preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication.
• Work closely with Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing support after caregiver hire to maintain the family-caregiver relationship.
• Document accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Collaborate with other teams within CareLinx to deliver a seamless experience.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication via phone, email, and text.
• Assist in the inbound call center as needed.
