Sharecare's CareLinx team is seeking a Care Advisor to support families during the caregiver search, interviews, and hiring, delivering empathetic guidance and stellar customer service from a remote home office.

You will collaborate with Enrollment and care teams to ensure smooth handoffs, maintain strong caregiver relationships, and document interactions in CareLinx's EHR while helping families navigate in-home care journeys.

Formación

• Six months experience in a customer service role or a minimum of 1 years experience in a customer service environment.
• At least one year of experience in a customer service or call center environment or a minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service environment, preferred.
• Previous healthcare experience preferred.
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Responsabilidades

• Guide members on the caregiver search journey through relationship building and exceptional communication.
• Work closely with the Enrollment Team to ensure seamless handoffs.
• Provide ongoing support after the caregiver hire to maintain the relationship with the family and caregiver and ensure overall satisfaction.
• Document accurate and complete notes of all family and caregiver interactions in CareLinx’s EHR system.
• Work collaboratively and professionally with other team members and teams within CareLinx.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills via phone, email, and text.
• Assist in inbound call center as needed.
