Job summary

HeartFlow, Inc. is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive adoption of the FFRct product across the United States. You will develop new accounts, grow usage in existing centers, and engage Interventional Cardiologists, Radiologists, and other clinicians to expand HeartFlow’s reach.

You will manage a full sales lifecycle, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and leverage Salesforce for pipeline management. This is a remote, home-based role with significant travel.

Qualifications

• BA Degree
• 10+ years healthcare and/or B2B sales in cardio environment
• Medical device sales experience required

Responsibilities

• Drive sales of Heartflow’s technology at new accounts, developing a pipeline, quoting, and closing deals.
• Penetrate existing accounts and expand referrals with key clinical stakeholders.
• Achieve sales goals in the assigned geography.
• Collaborate with the commercial team to develop adoption plans and penetration strategies.
• Coordinate priorities of the CT Applications, Implementation, and Field Billing teams to drive sales and customer service.
• Gather customers' feedback to guide product development and market strategy.
• Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, activities, and opportunities.
• This is a home-based position with up to 30–50% travel.
