Cardiology Territory Sales Lead – Remote & High-Impact

Job summary

HeartFlow is seeking a Territory Account Manager (TAM) to drive adoption of HeartFlow’s non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology within a defined region. You will engage with Cardiologists, PCPs, NPs and others, educate on cCTA/FFRct pathways, and build strong clinical relationships while traveling ~20–25% from a home office.

You will collaborate with sales, marketing, product development and clinical teams to meet quotas, expand pipeline, and deliver outstanding customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years related sales or clinical experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field is preferred.
• Prior experience in medical device, cardiology pharmaceuticals, cardiology radiopharmaceuticals, hospital, or medical software is highly desired.
• Experience with introducing new cardiovascular technologies into hospitals is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Will work with key strategic Heartflow accounts to drive growth and adoption of a cCTA and FFRct clinical pathway.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration throughout the organization.
• Increase Heartflow usage within the designated key strategic Heartflow account by maintaining relationships with referring physicians and educating customers on Heartflow’s value proposition.
• Meet or exceed quota for the strategic Heartflow account and drive cCTA growth and FFRct penetration.
