Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent its non-invasive cardiovascular diagnostic technology across a US region. You will partner with cardiologists, primary care physicians, and other clinicians to drive adoption of Heartflow’s cCTA/FFRct pathway and deliver value through education and ongoing support.

The role requires strong sales experience, clinical fluency, and the ability to travel ~20–25% from a home office.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree with 5+ years of related sales or clinical experience, or 2-year degree with 7+ years of experience.
• Experience in medical devices or cardiology-related products is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to communicate complex clinical value to diverse customers.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of a cCTA/FFRct clinical pathway within key accounts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with HQ and field resources to support programs.
• Increase Heartflow usage by maintaining relationships and educating physicians.
• Meet or exceed quota and demonstrate growth in assigned accounts.
