Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent our AI-driven coronary diagnostics within a defined US region. You will drive adoption of the cCTA/FFRct pathway, build executive relationships with referring physicians, and manage strategic accounts to expand Heartflow usage while traveling 20–25% from a home office.

You will collaborate with clinical and sales teams to educate customers on Heartflow’s value proposition, craft deployment plans, and ensure high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher with 5+ years of sales/clinical experience preferred.
• Experience in medical devices, cardiology, or hospital settings is highly desired.
• Strong knowledge of cardiac care pathways and diagnostics recommended.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of Heartflow cCTA/FFRct pathway within assigned accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources (sales, marketing, education) to support program deployment.
• Educate referring physicians and admin staff on Heartflow value proposition and workflow integration.
• Meet or exceed quota and drive growth and penetration in designated accounts.
