Job summary

Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Card Services Application Support Analyst to ensure successful delivery of Online ATM processing, Online Debit, or Shared Branching projects.

You will balance transactions, test network specs, certify, train clients, and troubleshoot card issues, with remote work and travel to client sites as needed. Ideal candidates bring 2+ years in financial services, direct card services experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or credit unions.
• Direct experience with card services.
• Willingness to travel at least 25% to customer locations for installation services.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience training customers on new products or processes.
• Ability to analyze and map customer information to Jack Henry systems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' existing products/processes and map to Jack Henry products.
• Prepare customers for installation and provide training/post-install support.
• Set up customer systems (parameters, processing files) and ensure business processes run on software.
• Provide software support and guidance to customers on function, features, and usage.
• Communicate customer needs to programmers and team members; maintain customer issue lists.
• Create training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
