Job summary

Jack Henry is seeking a Card Services Application Support Analyst for a remote role within the United States, with candidates ideally located within ~70 miles of listed office locations. You will analyze customer systems, map to Jack Henry products, and guide installations with post-install training.

Responsibilities include supporting card products, coordinating with programmers, and creating training materials for customers and internal users. Up to 25% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services or credit unions.
• Direct experience with card services.
• At least 25% travel to customer locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customers' existing products and map to Jack Henry solutions.
• Guide customers through installation and provide post-install training.
• Set up customer systems (parameters, processing files) to ensure software runs correctly.
• Provide software support and guidance on function, features, and usage.
• Communicate customer needs to programmers and team members.
• Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout projects.
• Identify issues and ensure proper resolution with the right team.
• Create training materials and documentation for customers and internal users.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
