CarMax is seeking a Customer Service Consultant to connect with customers online and by phone, guiding them through the car-buying journey from online inquiries to in-store delivery.

You will respond to sales leads, provide a seamless experience, and support customers at every step. This role offers potential license requirements, with broad opportunities in a high-energy sales environment.

Qualificações

• Sales and customer service experience preferred.
• 2-5 star customer service mindset and willingness to learn new tech.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Flexibility for nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to rapidly build rapport with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Connect with inbound customers online and over the phone to identify needs for their next car purchase.
• Use CarMax inventory knowledge to guide customers to suitable vehicles.
• Guide customers from online sales to in-store, including financing steps and delivery scheduling.
• Ensure smooth online-to-in-store transitions for a superior customer experience.
• Mentor peers as skills grow, and help meet sales targets while delivering iconic service.
• Obtain Automotive Sales Person License in certain states as required.
