CarMax seeks a Customer Experience Consultant Trainee to bridge online and in-store journeys, responding to sales leads and inquiries while guiding customers through every step with honesty and professionalism.

You will leverage CarMax inventory knowledge to recommend vehicles, support online sales, appraisals, financing applications, and scheduling delivery, ensuring a smooth transition to in-store purchasing and an iconic experience.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple interactions in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must live within 60 miles of the CEC location.

Responsabilités

• Engage with inbound customers online and over the phone, uncovering needs and guiding through the car-buying process.
• Leverage inventory knowledge to recommend vehicles aligning with customer preferences.
• Guide customers through online sales, appraisals, financing applications, and scheduling vehicle delivery.
• Ensure a smooth transition from online shopping to in-store purchasing for an iconic experience.
• Achieve individual sales and performance targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Meet licensing requirements, including Automotive Salesperson License testing and travel as needed.
