Job summary

Trellix is seeking a Capture Manager for DoW/IC/SI to lead pursuit teams and build a sustainable GTM for large complex opportunities in cybersecurity. You will collaborate with Field Sales, Presales Engineers, and Professional Services to drive pipeline and revenue in the Public Sector across DoW/IC/SI customers.

The role requires US citizenship, strong writing and presentation skills, and proven success closing complex deals with software/hardware products or services.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and accountability for your Capture pipeline.
• Excellent customer focus, strong attention to detail and ability to operate in a dynamic sales organization.
• 4+ years of Capture experience selling solutions, products, and services.
• Experience selling into major accounts within DoW/IC/SI.
• Excellent writing skills and great experience of responding to large government RFI's/RFP's/BAA's and white papers.
• Excellent record of accomplishments for managing and closing large complex deals with software and hardware solutions and/or services.
• Business development expertise working with sales teams.
• Need to be a U.S. citizen.
• Strong presentation skills to sell complex security solutions to all levels inside of Trellix and with customers.

Responsibilities

• You will work in coordination as an essential member of the sales team to help generate pipeline to meet revenue goals.
• Needs to meet and exceed assigned pipeline and bookings goals.
• You will help build relationships within customers and partners across all levels, especially C-Level.
• Lead strategic long-term capture pursuits and forecast with good insight and accuracy.
• Ability to work with Product Managers, Sales Engineering, Sales operations, Legal, Professional Services and other areas of Trellix in closing large complex opportunities - collaboration and the importance of supporting your team is critical.
• Have the ability to incubate and pioneer sales GTM approaches and techniques.
• Understand the broad security environment and Trellix's unique security strategy.
• Have great writing skills to create content for RFI’s, RFQ’s, RFP’s, and white papers to support pipeline generation and GTM success for our security solutions.
• Have the ability to create high impact presentations, representing Trellix's business and value proposition, as a trusted advisor for end-users.
