Job summary

Talentoma is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator to manage the open queue, respond to employee questions, and support workplace programs. This fully remote role is based in Texas and requires a 40-hour weekly commitment.

You will partner with HR, people operations, and hiring teams to keep experience activities moving, coordinate onboarding tasks, and ensure accurate updates across systems with professional communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in employee experience or workplace coordination preferred.
• Familiarity with Greenhouse for applicant tracking preferred.
• Proficient in scheduling, calendar management, and data entry.

Responsibilities

• Review and triage daily employee inquiries and requests with clear next steps.
• Coordinate welcome activities and onboarding milestones with internal contacts.
• Verify request details and record updates in Google Sheets.
• Maintain task status in Asana for visibility among team members.
• Schedule orientation meetings and events using Google Calendar with reminders.
• Update candidate-to-employee data in Greenhouse and flag missing info.
• Respond to routine questions about resources and programs with professional tone.
• Gather feedback after activities and share insights with HR lead.
• Follow up with managers when requests stall or need decisions.
• Escalate sensitive concerns to HR lead with complete notes.
