Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Campus Recruiter to lead campus and early-career hiring for a Healthcare space leader. Remote role with responsibilities to partner with engineering and hiring teams, shape strategy, engage students, and ensure a consistent candidate experience from first touch to offer.

You will drive sourcing strategy, coordinate career fairs, build relationships with universities, and analyze channels to optimize results across high-volume recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of campus or early-career recruiting experience, preferably for technical roles.
• Strong talent judgment to identify potential beyond traditional metrics
• Proactive mindset with a focus on building and enhancing recruiting programs
• Expertise in sourcing talent using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple recruiting events and processes
• Strong relationship-building skills with students and academic institutions
• Experience with ATS, particularly Ashby, is a plus

Responsibilities

• Own and manage campus and early-career recruiting initiatives
• Develop and implement strategies to target and engage exceptional students
• Identify and coordinate participation in relevant career fairs and recruiting events
• Cultivate relationships with universities and student organizations to expand talent access
• Review and assess high volumes of applicants to ensure top candidates are recognized
• Collaborate with Engineering to define criteria for early-career talent
• Maintain candidate relationships from initial contact through offer acceptance
• Analyze and track the effectiveness of sourcing channels and events for hiring
