Job summary

Agility Robotics seeks a seasoned university recruiting leader to own our campus program experience end-to-end. You will drive a continuous, year-round pipeline across multiple sites, recruiting top early-career talent for AI, engineering, and broader business functions.

You will anchor partnerships with university programs, manage logistics and candidate tracking, and shape the campus experience to attract strong full-time hires while enabling managers across locations.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in university recruiting, campus programs, or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability to build relationships with university career centers and academic leadership.
• Strong organizational skills to manage logistics and events across multiple locations.
• Candidate-centric mindset with focus on a positive candidate experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with business stakeholders and students.

Responsibilities

• Own year-round university recruiting strategy and campus program experience across sites.
• Source broadly from university programs, labs, competitions, and referrals to build a national pipeline.
• Partner with university stakeholders to create a seamless campus experience and scalable onboarding.
• Manage logistics, events, and candidate tracking to ensure consistency across locations.
