Job summary

Charta Health is building the operating system for modern healthcare organizations, seeking a campus recruiter to own intern and new‑grad recruiting. You will create course and campus strategies, source candidates through job fairs and networks, and coordinate logistics for virtual or in-person events.

Ideal candidates have strong campus recruiting experience, the ability to identify potential beyond credentials, and the discipline to manage high volumes with an efficient interview process.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting interns and new grads, preferably for technical roles.
• Strong judgment to identify potential beyond school name or resume polish.
• Proactive, able to build and own a campus program.
• Skilled in using recruiting platforms to locate talent directly.
• Organized to manage events, calendars, pipelines, offers, and logistics.

Responsibilities

• Own campus recruiting across interns and new grads.
• Build target-school strategies and identify exceptional students.
• Find career fairs and events, register and coordinate logistics.
• Develop relationships with universities, professors, and student groups.
• Review applicants with a high hiring bar and manage interview processes.
• Partner with Engineering to define what great looks like for early‑career talent.
• Own candidate relationships from first touch through offer.
• Track sourcing channels and continuously improve campus strategy.
