Ladders is seeking a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner to spearhead executive recruiting initiatives for a healthcare-focused client. This remote role focuses on researching, engaging, and evaluating senior candidates while enhancing pipelines and sourcing strategies.

Collaborate with recruiters and stakeholders, advance toward full executive recruiting responsibilities, and contribute market insights to optimize talent acquisition across the organization.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
• Strong engagement skills with senior- and C-level candidates.
• Sharp instincts and sound judgment in candidate evaluation.
• Curious and resourceful with a proactive search approach.
• Discreet and trustworthy with sensitive information.
• Proficient with ATS systems, specifically Ashby.

Responsibilities

• Lead research and outreach for senior- and executive-level searches.
• Map talent across multiple industries and identify strong candidates.
• Use creative sourcing channels beyond LinkedIn.
• Conduct credible outreach and initial phone screenings.
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines in Ashby.
• Develop job specifications and scorecards with recruiters.
• Provide market insights to improve sourcing strategies.
• Document learnings from searches to strengthen the talent database.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout each search.
• Progress toward full executive recruiting responsibilities.
