Qualifications

• Proven experience in campus recruitment or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of university systems and early career talent markets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple projects.
• Familiarity with social media recruitment strategies and analytics.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement campus recruitment strategies aligned with hiring needs.
• Build relationships with university career services, faculty, and student groups.
• Engage candidates via social media, workshops, and webinars and share information about opportunities and culture.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for campus hires including sourcing, interviewing, and offers.
• Partner with HR to design onboarding programs and monitor retention.
• Track recruitment metrics and present insights to stakeholders for improvements.
• Plan and coordinate campus events like career fairs and on-campus interviews.
