NANA Management Services is hiring for a Kitchen Helper to support Schlumberger East Camp on the North Slope, in a 3-week on/3-week off rotation. The role originates from Anchorage, AK, with duties spanning sanitation, cleaning, stocking, and food prep in a remote camp kitchen.

The position requires a kitchen background, OSHA-related readiness, and ability to work in extreme weather. Candidates must reside within travel reach of Anchorage and meet pre-employment testing requirements.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• At least one year of work in a commercial kitchen or related training.
• Must obtain Alaska Food Workers Card and/or ServSafe Certification on hire.
• Must pass pre-employment checks including drug test, physical and fit-for-duty assessments.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks and coordinate activities in the food service area.
• Prepare food and cook vegetables, entrees, coffee, sauces, meats.
• Stock food service areas with products and materials.
• Clean dishes and utensils; maintain sanitation.
• Notify supervisor if safety or sanitation standards are not met.
• May participate in large periodic cleaning projects.
