Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks and coordinate activities within a food service area.
• Prepare food and cook vegetables, entrees, sauces, meats, coffee, and related items.
• Stock products and materials in service areas and storage.
• Clean dishes, utensils, pots, and pans; maintain organized storage.
• Clean dining and kitchen areas; perform cleaning projects as scheduled.
• Notify supervisor if safety or sanitation standards are not met.
• Perform other duties to support department success.
