Job summary

Nana Management Services, LLC is hiring for a Kitchen Helper to maintain sanitation and assist in food preparation across remote camp locations in Alaska. You will support cooks, stock supplies, and ensure clean dining and kitchen areas.

Candidates should have a High School diploma or GED and at least 1 year in a commercial kitchen or related cleaning role, plus Alaska-specific food worker certification on hire. English proficiency required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• At least 1 year of work experience in a commercial kitchen or related cleaning duties.
• Alaska Food Workers Card and/or ServSafe Certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist cooks and coordinate activities in food service areas.
• Prepare food and cook vegetables, entrees, coffee, sauces, meats, etc.
• Stock products in dining and kitchen areas; maintain cleanliness of all surfaces.
• Wash dishes and utensils; clean and organize storage areas.
• Safely operate cleaning equipment and report safety concerns.
